Solid Foundations

Depositit's proprietary software systems have been developed in association with Auvation Software Limited (Auvation).

Auvation provides advanced software solutions and associated professional services across market sectors (including space, CAE, financial retail and health) in the UK, Europe and North America. Founded in 1992, Auvation is certified to ISO-9001 2008/TickIT by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.

Security

Security and data protection are at the core of the Depositit service. Our unique server architecture replicates data to multiple geographically independent UK / EU based data centres and IP providers that are monitored 24 hours a day.

Our data centres conform to ISO 27001:2005 for providing and operating dedicated cloud computing infrastructures and also ISO 27002 and ISO 27005 security management and risk assessment norms and associated processes.

​

The data centres benefit from systemic double power supply and back up generators with constant monitoring 24 hours a day. They also make use of a minimum of 2 network connections to and within the data centres which are capable of taking over from one another. Operationally, they are equipped using water free fire suppressant systems, climate and moisture content control.

​

Security of Depositit is further enhanced with the use of 448-bit blowfish encryption, which ensures that data cannot be accessed by anyone besides the account holder. In addition we do not hold any record of customer passwords.

Every year since 2017 - 2021 Depositit have been awarded Cyber Essentials certification
